New Club Head Coach - Welcome Sipho!

After an extensive search, the FAA is delighted to formally announce the arrival of Sipho Sibiya as our new Club Head Coach 🙂

As Club Head Coach, Sipho will help develop our club's playing & training philosophy; develop and support our volunteer and youth coaches; and be central to all significant soccer decisions at the club. 

Bio (Highlights)

The Person - Sipho, 52, was born in South Africa, and moved to Canada as a child.  Sipho is an accomplished player, coach and leader.

The Player - Ex-pro, Vancouver and Montreal Impact.  Played for Canada at the International level in 2004 (futsal) and between 2006-2010 (Beach Soccer) incl the 2006 Beach Soccer World Cup.

The Coach - Canadian National Futsal Team HC; Women's Seattle Sounders AC; Vancouver Whitecaps Technical Coach & Women's AC 

The Leader - Extensive Youth Academy Technical Director experience 

Sipho joins us on a 5 year contract.  Welcome to the FAAamily Sipho!
